About the role
Our Vehicle Damage Assessors are a key element of our customer journey, and must be great communicators, efficient and professional. Working effectively under pressure is key, as is the ability to be flexible to business requirements.
As a Trainee VDA, you will recieve specialist in-house training from our Head of Engineering and external training with relevant providers. You will add value from day one, by meeting customers, taking images of vehicles and learning to use Audatex. We are looking for an individual with the right attitude who is keen to learn.
Key attributes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT literate, including Microsoft programs.
- Experience dealing with customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Previous experience within the motor industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
