HRC are recruiting for both experienced and trainee support workers in Lanarkshire. Whether you are looking for your next permanent role, or even to top up your current hours and gain some extra experience.

What does your day to day look like?
- Working within a team, you will be providing support to adults in line with agreed care plans
- Providing emotional and practical support, encouraging the people you support to achieve their own personal goals and outcomes
- Accompanying and participating in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship-building exercises
