We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual who can work independently in an office environment. Day to day responsibilities will include problem solving, data analysis, server maintenance, and supporting our development team. The successful candidate will be able to make quick and sound decisions in a fast-paced office environment and has a high degree of familiarity with supporting our development team.
As the IT Support Analyst, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the IT department including: • Building and deploying desktop and laptop Windows PC’s • Installing and configuring standard applications • Installing and configuring Avaya Phonehandsets • Reporting faults and configuration requests to third party suppliers • Monitoring the IT support mailbox and assisting with first- and second-line support requests • Provide training to staff on all IT products The ideal candidate must have at least a year’s experience in a similar role, and a qualification in Computer Science would be advantageous (role can be adapted to suit a graduate). You must have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines.

Salary: £25,600.00-£28,000.00 per year
