Core Responsibilities

  • Builds an understanding of EMEA Supply Chain processes across: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Management, Customer Logistics & Distribution.

  • Builds an understanding of why connected and effective Supply Chain Operations (SCO) are integral to our overall mission, and the role digitalisation plays in this.

  • Play an active role in energizing and empowering our teams with digital skills.

  • Identify areas where we can optimize how we work and actively engage teams to support delivery of impactful change.

  • Collaborate broadly with colleagues, to deliver results as One LEGO Team.

  • Communicate your experience and learnings with our teams, to share your insights and support continual improvement.
