Job description

• To apply for this post you would need to be a permanent resident in the UK- trainee's may be required to work in community settings so a driver licence is desirable-good communication skills is essential and we would like to see that you have acquired experience and continued personal development since qualifying as a radiographer, midwife or nurse. You will work closely with and be supported by the onsite Regional Fetal Medicine team who provide care to women and their families undergoing high risk or problematic pregnancies requiring specialist care and expertise. You will also work closely and be supported by our lead Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who have a specialised interest in ultrasound. We are a forward thinking department made up of a multidisciplinary team and are committed to delivering the best possible care to our patients.

We encourage the progression of our staff and expect them to keep up to date with new techniques and promote evidence based practice. There are opportunities in the department to undertake research, audit and sub-specialising in areas of interest.
