Full Time Peterborough, England 10.56 - 12.04 GBP Today
Job description

A Training Contract with Hegarty LLP will give you the full breadth of experience you need to emerge as a confident solicitor. The contract comprises at least three rotations in three areas of law, giving you the opportunity to explore our practice areas.

Hegarty LLP is one of the region’s leading law firms. With offices in Peterborough, Stamford, Oakham and Market Deeping, we are proud to build lasting relationships with our clients based on trust and transparency.

Give yourself the best start

As a Trainee at Hegarty LLP, you will undertake seats in at least three practice areas. You will therefore gain wide exposure to our business, which will allow you to determine which area you would like to qualify into as an England & Wales qualified lawyer.

The tasks you undertake could include: drafting and proofing documents; conducting due diligence; attending client meetings; preparing documents for a court hearing; researching titles and leases; or creating a data room ahead of a major transaction.

Throughout your Training Contract, you will be closely supported by your supervisor, and our training Partner.

Am I eligible?

To apply to this vacancy, you must have a Law Degree, have passed the LPC and be eligible to start your Training Contract in April 2024.
