Are you looking to develop your career in the motor trade within a fun and supportive environment? We might have the perfect opportunity for you within our MINI team based in Redhill. We are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to progress and develop to a fully fledged sales executive in the not so distant future.
Our trainees are provided with full support and development for a 6 month period, after this training we look to progress you to a fully fledged sales executive. Sometimes this period takes a bit longer and that's ok, we aim to provide you with everything you need to thrive.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00.
Salary: £23,028 - £30,000 dependent upon level of previous sales experience.

- Shadowing our experienced sales executives to learn the end to end sales process
- Work closely with the MINI Brand Manager, Business Manager and Used Car Controller to develop your skills and knowledge
- Utilise digital and traditional tools to maximise every customer contact and sales lead
- Being a confident and proactive member of the close knit team
