We have built a trainee sales team focusing on calling our in-house database of leads, with the aim of finding a suitable product to sell. We are offering a full sales training programme which will give you all the tools necessary to succeed and achieve a high earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers by calling through our database of leads.
• Overcoming customer objections and selling the benefits of our products and services.
• Performing in-depth fact finds, providing quotes and arranging policies for customers over the phone.
• Providing excellent customer service and adhering to all compliance and financial services guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

• No sales experience necessary;
• You must have a confident telephone manner;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• A knowledge of financial services is desirable but not essential;
• The ability to work in a target driven environment;
• Be able to learn quickly and to think on your feet;
• Finally, have strong computer skills.

Our Offer

• Generous annual salary after a successful probation (OTE £35,000)
