We have an exciting and brand new opportunity at Cargiant for a Trainee Sales Advisor, which will allow you to develop your skills and give you the potential to become a highly talented sales professional.You will embark on a tailored 6 month trainee programme which will guide you through the sales waters and give you first-hand experience in car sales. Upon passing the 6 month trainee programme you will become a Sales Advisor at the World’s Largest Car Dealership.

What you will do:
Meet and greet customers on arrival to Cargiant Answering customer queries and overall creating a great impression for Cargiant Book out keys to customers asking the set qualifying questions Accompanying the customer on our test drive routes Support our Online Sales team In your 3rd month, selling to customers and earning commission What you will need:
An articulate professional who will build strong relationships with customers and the team A talent to identify and deliver on opportunities and prospects in a warm and friendly manner Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure Evidence of ability to organise and prioritise work effectively A full UK driving licence and 1 year driving experience How you will be rewarded:
A comprehensive and intense 6 months training programme to help you maximise your potential A fantastic basic salary of £20,800 You will begin earning commission on your 3rd month of employment The opportunity to progress internally and a longevity of career.
