To continue our tremendous growth, we are looking for a Returns and Repairs Technician to join our team in our distribution centre in Scunthorpe.

Daily Tasks:

  • Repair and fix a wide range of items to an excellent standard for our customers and for resale.
  • Utilise spare parts effectively and ensure stock is accurately controlled.
  • Use the IT systems to process repairs and returns and communicate with other teams.
  • Monitor and identify product improvements and offer solutions to Supply Chain and Customer Support.
  • Process incoming returns from couriers and customers and ensure they are accurately logged on the system.
  • Maintain system for second/damaged stock ensuring customer and costs are considered appropriately.
  • Help to ensure the workplace and warehouse environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at all times.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of electrics, plumbing and mechanics.
  • A positive, cheerful and forward-thinking approach.
  • Amazing problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Hard working and reliable.
  • Team work as well as initiative to work on your own.

Working hours: Full time (40 hours pw), Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:00pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. You will be based at our distribution centre in Scunthorpe, with a occasional travel to our other sites in York and Venlo, NL.
