ProSearch work on behalf of companies to reunite unclaimed assets with their rightful owners. With over 30 years of experience they are trusted by many of the UK’s best known companies to operate reunification programmes on their behalf. Prosearch offer corporate clients a forensic tracing service to locate missing shareholders and provide an end to end solution by which located investors can claim their entitlements.
As a Tracing Analyst you will be responsible for analysing data and information to write reports of your findings. You will be liaising with individuals such as solicitors, and other professionals in order to obtain information relating to the research case, with a view to successfully identifying and reuniting customers with lost assets.
We’re currently looking for people to join our established team of approx. 35 people. You must have a passion to provide excellent customer service as you’ll be expected to communicate with our customers either by phone, email and/ or written correspondence.
Ideally, we would like you to be educated to GCSE Level and have achieved a Grade C in both Maths and English.
To succeed you’ll need excellent communication skills, be computer literate, have fantastic attention to detail and with the enthusiasm and motivation to learn. You’ll take pride in what you do!
