I am working with a fast growing law firm, part of a PLC business. The head office is in Liverpool, as well as additional offices around the UK.
Recruitment experience would be a bonus, however we are happy to consider a law graduate with confidence and strong work ethic.
As a Talent Partner you'd be joining an established talent team and recruiting across the group, from administrators to directors - but the main focus will be 'fee earners', so those who do the billable work including solicitors. Legal tends to be quite proactive from a recruitment perspective - so lots of sourcing candidates via CV databases and LinkedIn networking, rather than just managing large volumes of applications, as well as working with various recruitment companies as required (including me!).
Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday - and there isn't the expectation to work late or take your work home like there is in the agency world. It's initially all office based from the head office in Liverpool, but there will be the prospect to go hybrid (1-2 days per week) once you are settled and have built the relationships with the internal managers that the role requires.
Salary will start at £24,000, and increase as your experience grows.
