Unite Medical are looking for motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a fast growing company specialising in Medical Recruitment.
The successful candidate will become part of an expanding team of experienced Medical Recruitment Consultants.
The ideal candidate must be ambitious and be interested in a long and successful career in Medical Recruitment. You will understand the potential of starting in an established government approved supplier to the NHS, alongside experienced medical recruiters who will train you to become an all round Medical Recruitment Consultant.
Candidates do not need to have previous experience in sales or in recruitment but sales or recruitment experience would help your application. We would also be keen on hearing from graduates of all kinds.

Your main responsibilities will be to provide a full and comprehensive service to candidates throughout the registration and sales process.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for and developed in:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Contacting existing candidates for availability for work
- Speaking with and qualifying new registrations and expanding candidate network
- Using company network and recourses to attract new candidate registrations
- Providing a quality customer service to candidates
- Hitting and exceeding targets
- Ensuring vacancies are advertised and marketed effectively
