The role - 360 Recruitment Consultant

  • Create your Business within a Business - Establish yourself in the UK Public Sector market, onboarding new clients and selling your services as a recruiter
  • Build relationships with candidates - source your own base of candidates, through posting on job boards, making connections, building relationships, host first stage interviews and screen candidates who might be perfect for your roles!
  • Become an expert - become an expert on your sector, you will establish yourself as a trusted recruiter within the UK Public Sector!
  • Manage your stakeholders - you will be responsible for liaising between your candidates and clients to ensure you deliver a great service to both!
