RTL Group are a growing white-collar recruitment company that works in placing skilled professionals into their desired job roles. RTL group specialises in finding jobs and placing candidates in the Rail, Construction and Civil engineering industry.
We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bromley office.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Consultant and your team.
- You will be assisting candidates in finding their next role and help clients find the perfect candidate.
- This will involve speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews etc.
- Update details of existing candidates.
- Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates.
- Match candidates to suitable live vacancies.
- Source suitable candidates for live vacancies.
- Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants.
- Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission.
- Preparing and issuing documentation.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements
