The role of a Delivery Consultant (180 recruitment):
- Identifying opportunities to build and nurture new and existing client relationships
- Learning your market and applying knowledge to create a credible sales approach
- Contract negotiation
- Conducting targeted searches using all available platforms and resources
- Creative written content creative in the form of job adverts and posts
- Securing great talent for your clients
- Finding perfect roles for your candidates
Package is dependent upon experience, however, will range from 24k – 50k plus a hugely attractive commission structure that has been decided on based on data and AI for an extra competitive edge!
