We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong understanding of property management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately marketing of properties for sale and for let
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements and other documents.
- Handle sales/lettings enquiries in a timely manner.
- Organise regular inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition.
- Conducting viewings and meeting prospective purchasers and tenants
- Organising safety certificates
- Preparing weekly marketing feedback for our vendors and landlords
- Preparing tenancy renewals for existing tenancies
- Organising and overseeing property maintenance
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to priortise the most important tasks and ensure deadline are met
- Positive proactive approach to all tasks and customer relations
- Reliable, focused and keen to exceed expectations
- Enjoy working as part of a team with high communication levels at all times
- Keen attention to detail
- Driving licence and access to a car
- Computer literate with knowledge of Miscrosoft 365 and specifically Excel
Desirable requirements:
- Experience of working in the property/construction industry
- Sales experience
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent
