Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:


Assisting and supporting the project manager / programme managers

Designing and controlling the project schedule, while ensuring deadlines are met

Preparing presentations to update senior team members on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value

Delegating tasks to team members

Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities

Organising and attending stakeholder meetings

Organising project team meetings and recording minutes

Handling financial queries

Demonstrate an understanding of the software development lifecycle, and their role within the approach, along with their role within Project Management

Proactively work with other project team members to understand the level and status of their workload

Over the initial 6 months, your focus will be learning the basic topics of Project Coordination and Management while working in a fully supervised, enjoyable, and dynamic environment.

The company will initially fund your entire training costs in this period, whilst paying your salary from the first day.

The 6 months training period is followed by 4 years of working, where you will grow through the project management role into programme management overseeing an exciting portfolio of projects, allowing the company to benefit from their investment in your skills.

Required experience / qualifications

To apply for this position, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience.


Degree Educated (technical or business)
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a technical or business subject (or equivalent).

Min 2 years experience in a customer facing role
