Schroders’ traineeship programme is your chance to gain a year of hands-on, paid work experience. If you are ready to maybe complete a gap year with an amazing trainee programme, we would love to hear from you!
As a trainee, you will receive ongoing training designed to develop throughout the year, where you will have the chance to improve your skills as well as your technical knowledge. We support you to take the Investment Foundation Certificate, which is a professional industry qualification and you’ll be paid competitively above the London living wage.
Start date – Monday 4th of September 2023
Pay rate - £25,000 PA + £2,000 joining bonus!
Work model – Hybrid (after initial 6 months in office)

About the Role
You will join as part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will have opportunities to meet and network with others across the industry and participate in training, social and insight events.
Our HQ is in the City of London. We’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre. We offer flexible working appropriate for a client solution focused role.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- You must be 18 years old by 4 September to apply for the 2023 intake
- You must have gained A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS point required
