This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nursing Associate Apprenticeship Programme supported by Hull University Teaching Hospitals.
As an apprentice you will develop your knowledge and work towards progression into the post of Registered Nursing Associate through successful completion of the Nursing Associate training programme which includes the attainment of a level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent qualification.
The Programme will support you to develop and maintain knowledge, skills and competencies related to the role of Nursing Associate within the service which includes working in care settings and delivery of person-centred care.
To Deliver high quality, compassionate care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (or other registered care professional dependent on setting) with a focus on promoting health and independence.
As a Trainee Nursing Associate you will be expected to demonstrate the Trust's core values whilst learning the role. As an apprentice you will be fully supported by the apprenticeship team during the programme to learn and develop into the role of the registered nursing associate.
A trainee Nursing Associate will be based, as an employee, in Hull University Teaching Hospitals , in a specific setting, but will experience working in alternative settings and providers in order that they gain a wide appreciation of many health and care contexts and are able to fulfil all the requirements of the programme

HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
