Trainee Kitchen Designer
Trade hours- closes at 5pm Mon-Fri and alternate Sat AM only at weekends
THE COMPANY
My client is a supplier of kitchens for trade and retail customers with a multi-branch network. They are looking for a Trainee Kitchen Designer for their busy kitchen showroom.
THE ROLE
Providing high levels of customer service in the showroom at all times.
Designing kitchens for both trade and retail customers.
To provide a liaison role between the showroom and senior management team.
Visiting customer’s homes or building sites, drawing inspirational designs on CAD and presenting these to customers
Using your negotiation skills to maximise sales and margin.
Seeking out and managing your own leads.
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer focused with exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills in a trade or retail environment
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
Experience in selling and designing kitchens not essential, as full training and support will be given
Full driving licence essential
