Elite Appointments are working in partnership with this rapidly expanding privately owned company to recruit for a Trainee Hearing Care Assistant.
This is a pivotal role in the company’s expansion plans as they are opening 2 further branches this year and you will be required to travel between their clinics on a daily basis to carry out the role.
You will also need to work every other Saturday however will have an alternative day off in the week.
Comprehensive training on all aspects of the role will be provided to you & you will be attending Microsuction training in May backed up by remote learning too.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting microsuction wax removal procedures in a safe and effective manner
- Servicing of Hearing Aids and providing aftercare services to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and files related to client care
- Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and new technologies
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Assisting with the overall administration and maintenance of the clinic
You need to have:
- A passion for helping others and improving their quality of life
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinical experience as a Practice Nurse, HCA in Drs surgery, Phlebotomist, Dental Nurse helpful but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable working with technology and computer systems
Training:
- Comprehensive training on all aspects of the job, including microsuction wax removal procedures, will be provided
