Job Description
Our client is a well-respected Global Financial Planning firm with a good reputation across in the market are looking for a Trainee Financial Planner to come and join their growing team.
This firm provides advice across Pensions, Investments, IHT and Wealth management and have grown consistently over the last few years. They are a forward-thinking firm that embrace technology and pride themselves on the technical knowledge that their team provides, along with the high levels of customer service.
In this role you will provide clients with an outstanding level of service including personalised financial planning advice to help meet their needs.
You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and attract new clients while promoting the Company both internally and externally to support the development of client/introducer relationships.
This position requires you to take a people-centred approach to your work, being proactive, motivated, and hardworking. You will also get the opportunity to study and further your skills as your career continues to develop.
The company will also provide full support through the CISI examination process to ensure all Advisers are at a UK Level 4 Diploma standard.
The Required Skills:
- Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to handle objections.
- Strong, confident, eloquent phone manner.
- Good soft skills (organized- Excel driven, analytical, flexible, pro-active, creative).
- The ability to keep up to date with market trends and latest financial news.
- Ability to navigate through multiple business sites (not just LinkedIn but business sites, directories).
- Degree Educated.
- Minimum 1 years' experience working in Financial Services.
