£22,000 + guaranteed overtime + bonus (OTE c.£25k)
Do you love working within customer services, have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in property?
Our established and reputable property client are looking for a professional individual to join their central Cambridge team. This is an excellent opportunity to join the property industry, be trained by some of the leading property experts in the area and build a career within an interesting and fast paced business.
Joining initially to support with property viewings, you will work closely with prospective tenants, showcasing vacant properties and getting to learn about different property styles and the overall world of lettings.
No experience is required, although you will have previous experience within a customer service role, have a professional approach to your work and be a confident communicator. A full driving licence is also required.
You will need to be able to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm plus 1 Saturday every month (paid at £20 per hour). If you want to work more Saturdays, then this is possible and again will be paid at the overtime rate in addition to your annual basic salary. There is also the opportunity to earn bonus and our Client will support with industry related training.
