Dealing is a licensed, responsible position and the job comes with many great benefits including tips. As a trainee dealer you will attend our very own Grosvenor Gaming Academy, which runs for six weeks and will give you the skills and confidence you need to thrive. What’s more you will get a £250 bonus when you have been with the team for 3 months, and a further £750 when you have been with us for 6 months!
Qualifications • A fantastic personality • Numerical ability; able to calculate mentally and very quickly. We will help you practice. • Any gaming or customer facing experience would be a bonus! • Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
Additional Information We have spaces available in our training academy. We are offering you the chance to be trained as a croupier over a 4 weeks period. Training is paid and on successful completion of the training academy, a permanent contract will be offered to successful applicants. Please be aware that we operate 24 hours a day so late shifts and weekend work will be required. No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
