Nami Sushi delivers modern Japanese cuisines and hand-crafted sushi using the best local produce and ingredients. The restaurant focuses on casual dining, serving both lunch and dinner in Lancaster city centre. We operate a conveyor belt style of dining as well as traditional dine-in and takeout/delivery services around Lancaster.We are looking for a trainee chef to join our team. The candidate must be flexible with hours. The successful candidate will work with the Head Chef to ensure high culinary and hygiene standards. The chef will receive hands-on training for preparing sushi and Japanese hot food while working in a team.
