Trainee Cable Installer
We will provide all support and training for the role, with no previous telecommunication experience needed. Single applications are accepted, however two person teams are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various manual labour tasks to support fibre install projects
- Assist with the installation of fibre cables, equipment and fixtures
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as core and SDS drills
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organised environment
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Skills:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
CSCS Card (Preferred)
Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
All candidates must be able to make their own way to our Cramlington office
