What's the role about?
We are looking for talented Fashion Buying students, to join our Buying team, supporting with admin tasks, as well as working alongside Buyers, Product Developers, Merchandisers and Designers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for all areas of the Menswear Reiss product.
You will currently be in your second year of studies and will be available to join us for a 52 week placement from July 2023.
Who you are
- Have experience within a retail head office desirable but not essential
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Work well in a team but can also strive in individual tasks
- Highly organized with excellent time keeping skills
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Sample management within Menswear
- Sample management for campaign/editorial shoots, calling back product from suppliers and support with creating line lists for grading/intake date/price etc
- Ecommerce shoot prep and handover plus ad hoc studio requests
- Support with stock take and preparation stock take
- Support with management of Lab dips and fabric approvals all need to be archived and logged onto vision for progression
- Support with picture packs- internal and External partner requests
- System support (NuOrder)
- Organise shoot times and support with Imagery naming
- Management of Press/PR requests for product
- Organise and collate product for tech handovers after the buy
