Trainee / Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor

Assessment centre: 20th April / 13:00pm until 16:00pm

In line with our ambitious plans for growth we are delighted to offer a number of Trainee Apprenticeships for Construction Site Supervisors across our business. One of the key roles we are looking to recruit is for is our Projects team based in Cambridge.

As a Milestone Construction Site Supervisor Trainee Apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of the action and oversee various sub-contractors and operative activities, working across several workstreams within the business. The main duties and tasks of a construction site supervisor are the control of health and safety standards on construction projects, recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project and the minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • HNC Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor through our preferred training provider
  • Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

As a Milestone Trainee Apprentice, you will be recruited on a permanent contract and after completing your apprenticeship you will be promoted into the business. You will also have further development opportunity through professional qualification or training courses.
