Responsibilities
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions on how to resolve a customer issue.
- Liaise with the Developers, Engineers and Product Owners.
- Create and update documentation on all research, findings and regular queries.
- Respond to customers directly in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain support service reports.
- Perform daily Mobile App testing
- Perform Mobile App release testing
Desirable (but not required)
- Experience of working in a previous support role.

This Hybrid role requires you to attend our office in Cirencester at-least twice a month, but could vary depending on type of support request / training. At other-times this role will be remote.
