Duties include: -
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Accurate and efficient control of petty cash/expenses.
- Ensure prompt and accurate payments are made by cheque, BACS, and Credit Card.
- Posting of Payments and daily analysis of Company bank accounts and full reconciliation.
- Daily Sales Consolidation.
- Foreign currency cash control.
- Monthly VAT Intrastat Returns and Bi-Monthly Irish VAT Returns.
- Dealing with Sales Representative's expenses.
- Credit Card Expenditure Processing.
- Liaise with employees, managers, and directors at all levels within the business.
- Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts.
- Administration of Private Mileage Scheme.
This role will suit an AAT studier who is looking to develop a career in Accounts, experience in Excel up to Pivots is essential, the successful candidate will work proactively and be self-motivated to succeed.
