Our cleaners play a vital role in keeping the Arriva Rail London/ London Overground fleet clean and presentable at all times, which is essential for our trains to run smoothly. We are therefore looking to recruit a Cleaner to be based across various locations within the network.
We are searching for four Traincare professionals, located near to Chingford station, who ideally have experience working in a rail setting and is happy working in night shifts.

As part of the fleet traincare team, you will carry out cleaning duties across our trains and platforms, in accordance with a laid down specification in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
You will also be responsible for consistently seeking to improve the service quality to the best of your ability.
Working towards all Traction and Rolling Stock engineering, occupational health & safety, loss control and quality standards, schedules and practices.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that your place of work and facilities are kept clean and in good order.
Reporting any defects found on rolling stock whilst also undertaking cleaning duties to your Train Care Supervisor or Fleet Maintenance Team Leader.
Undertaking on board cleaning tasks, turnaround cleaning within a customer focussed environment.
Customer orientated professional who has an understanding how vital the Traincare team is for the London Overground.
Any past cleaning and maintenance experience, ideally cleaning for vehicles but not essential.
Experience in working as part of a team.
Communication skills both written and verbal.
