We currently have nine locations in the UK that cover the country from Aberdeen to London with clients spread across multiple sectors.

About the role:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Traffic Management Operative to join the team at our Wembley Depot. Most of the time will be spent working out of this depot but may require infrequent travel to join teams across our other UK operations.

On commencement of employment, you will be required to undertake a mandatory drugs test and due to the nature of the business and our client relationships, the company reserves the right to ask employees to undergo random drug testing.

Rates of pay are highly competitive, and operatives usually achieve 12D M1/M2 qualification within 4-6 months (£11.55 per hour).

Scope of Role:
Maintenance, delivery, installation/removal, service and operation of traffic management equipment and systems on the public highway
Professional liaison with customers on site and members of the public
Site paperwork on field service tablets
Yard duties as designated by TM Supervisor
Health & Safety awareness

Pre-requisites:
Physically fit and in good health
Have a passion for working in Traffic Management
Excellent time-management skills
Willing to work outside in all weathers
Self-starter and well-developed interpersonal and communication skillsOrganised with attention to detail
Hardworking and Enthusiastic
Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
Right to Work in UK
Team Player

Qualifications:
Ideally have TTMBC Qualifications
Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
