Job Description


You will be…

  • Monitoring wholesale intake and reviewing stock on hand daily.
  • Supporting the Trading Associate & Trading partner to manage the allocation process with input from Trading Associates across the wider team
  • Maintaining the log of daily picks ensuring data is up to date and accurate
  • Sending daily updates of wholesale stock and picking lists to Advanced following a schedule ensuring all data is accurate and answering queries that arise
  • Developing and building strong relationships with Supply Chain and Advanced teams.
  • Gain a good working knowledge of ASOS systems including Delivery Schedule & Micro Strategy to identify, manage and feedback on wholesale stock highlighting risks to pick/despatch
  • Supporting the Trading Associate to update and actualise stock on hand reports weekly.
  • Supporting the Trading Associate and Trading Partners with reporting, interpreting data to provide clear summaries and running analysis to support trade meetings
  • Contributing to team and external meetings, following up on actions and updating team.
  • Ensuring all business management team deadlines are met and completed, producing meaningful analysis to support Trading associate and Trading partner.
  • Developing and support more junior members of the team.
  • Deputising for Trading Associate where appropriate.
  • Maintaining awareness of company and division KPIs for season

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills. Strong system skills, in particular MS Office.
  • An approachable and flexible working style and the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Drive for self-development, seeking continuous feedback and opportunities to take on greater responsibility
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage own workload and communicate confidently and openly with others
  • A passion and interest in online Fashion Retail, with strong global market and product knowledge
