We have an exciting opportunity for a Full time Retail Shop Assistant time to join our Ripon team. Approx 40 hours per week 6.30am start Monday to Saturday with a day off through the week. Some flexibility will be required.
The ideal candidate must have food retail experience with exceptional customer facing skills and attention to detail. Previous experience within a bakery environment would be an advantage. Additional duties also include food preparation and cleaning.
Appleton’s is a well-established traditional pork butcher and pie maker with shops in Ripon, Wetherby, Boroughbridge, and Knaresborough. We’ve been selling quality meat from our Ripon shop since 1867. Selling a wide range of fresh pork, hams, sausages and of course our legendary pork pies.
