Job description

Our company is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic individual to work as a Shop Assistant at our village store. The position is serving customers and ensuring the shop is kept stocked up. Successful candidates will have previous retail experience, and be familiar with working in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash register transactions for customers.
• Stocking shelves & stock rotation.
• Checking deliveries.
• Experience of opening and closing up preferred.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• Every weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coalville: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
