Job Description:
As a Full-Time Retail Staff Member, you will be an integral part of our retail store, contributing to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Deliver business growth by providing exceptional, friendly service to our customers.
Maintaining detailed and up to date product knowledge.
Develop and maintain knowledge of gait analysis to advise customers and recommend appropriate footwear for their running style (training will be provided)
Assisting in co-ordination of daily store operations (e.g. store opening/closing, sales, customer orders, merchandising, housekeeping)
Inspire the team to deliver business growth by providing exceptional, friendly service to our customers.
Key holder - opening and closing the store
Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
Help train new and existing team members as required.
Monitor stock levels & report any trends and feedback identified.
Retail merchandising including, stock replenishment, pricing, Maintaining up-to-date POS etc)
Help grow the customer database and communicate key information to customers
Promote new initiatives that support the stores sales and goals
Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Benefits:
Salary £23,500pa
5 day week - including at least one weekend day. Option to work 4 days per week (salary & holiday adjusted pro rata)
34 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
