Job description
Aspect Exhibitions/CNC Creations are looking for a workshop and Spray shop assistant to join our expanding team.
The position is based in our woodworking workshop in Northampton.
The role involves….
Assisting the spray team with preparation work
Assisting with packing of online orders
Cutting and processing of MDF panels on the saw and edge banding machine (training will be provided)
Loading and unloading of vehicles
Stock Control
Keeping on top of workshop cleanliness
Occasional collections/deliveries
What we are looking for:
Someone who is able to work as part of a team but also with their own initiative
Experience in driving a forklift would be preferred
Experience driving 3.5 tonne vans would be preferred
Good time management and prioritisation
Attention to detail
A safe approach to work and the ability to spot and deal with/report hazards around the workshop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
