Commercial Business Analyst
Location: Luton
Join our Revenue Management & Trading Team at easyJet and play a crucial role in driving performance across our network. As a member of our team, you will report to a Senior Manager for one of our regions and utilize your commercial awareness and analytical skills to monitor sales trends, design and implement initiatives to improve revenue-per-seat, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
In this role, you will interface with various teams within our Commercial function and across the business, including Marketing, PR, Digital, Pricing, and Data. Therefore, strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills are necessary. Responsibilities may include conducting specific, bespoke analyses, analysing and implementing pricing changes, performing analysis to support other departments, and supporting specific projects/actions/trading needs.
What you need to do the role
We are seeking individuals who have technical skills in data manipulation and analysis, as well as commercial awareness to help translate analysis into actions. You should have experience with Excel, and ideally with SQL & Access, as well as knowledge in modelling and analysis, business plan development, forecasting and budgeting principles, and revenue management. Whether you have gained this experience in the aviation/travel industry or as a graduate in an analytical or numerical degree, we have roles available at various levels.
To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated and have the ability to deal with ambiguity in a changing environment, applying your problem-solving skills as necessary.

Location and Hours of work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week, Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office.
