Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled operative to cover both reactive and planned work within commercial properties. Ideally, you will have experience working within the commercial sector, although this is not essential.
A majority of the work will be based in Essex and Norfolk, although you may be expected to travel outside of these areas.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in general building, including - glazing, flooring, roof repairs, locks and carpentry.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance
- Full UK driving license
- Own tools - Essential
- Good communication and customer service skills
- IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices - Use of daily apps
- Good time and diary planning skills
- Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
