We currently have an upbeat, driven and enthusiastic team that we are looking to expand.

Job role:

• Minor electrical works (Relocating sockets, isolation works, temporary strip out)
• Painting and decorating (Patch repairs, painting, skimming.)
• Kitchen and bathrooms install, tiling etc)
• Carpentry (Planning doors, skirting, Kitchen worktops, repairing cupboards, installing door locks/closures and installing boxing in etc.)
• Plumbing (WC installations/repairs, tap replacements, fixing pipes, installing new pipes, bath/shower install, tracing leaks etc.)
• Handyman maintenance services and other miscellaneous tasks
• Snagging works
• Flooring fitting - Vinyl floor and laminate

About you:

We are looking for an individual who:

• Is Multi-skilled with proven experience in the above-listed duties to a high-quality standard
• Has a Full UK driver's license- this is essential
• Trustworthy and able to work without supervision
• Excellent customer service, communication and professionalism
• Self-motivated and wanting to grow within the company
• Reliable and Punctual
• Speak conversational English and have good communication skills
• Previous experience in working with a property maintenance company is preferable but not essential.

About the role:

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Working hours are Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm
• Opportunities to work Saturdays

• Weekly pay
• Pay will be discussed in interview and trial stages and will be dependent on skill level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £33,000.00-£39,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
