You will work alongside our highly skilled workforce of Groundworkers Bricklayers Carpenters Plasterer Plumber & Decorator. You will learn the skills of these trades from some of the most respected tradesmen in the industry.


If your keen to work within the construction industry. Desperate to learn a trade, but unsure which trade to learn, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you. We have a directly employed team of specialist tradesmen. They are exceptional at what they do, and this apprenticeship will provide the opportunity for you to work closely with our team, to learn the skills which will provide you with a solid understanding of construction from the excavation of footings right through to the tiling / decoration and completion of our builds. You must be physically fit and prepared to get stuck into the works regardless of whether there's rain or shine. This is a great opportunity and we are looking for someone who will give this 100%.   • Hand dig excavations for footings and services, concrete placement and finishing / below ground drainage/ Kerbing / hard landscaping works.
  • 1st second fix carpentry, cut roofs, shuttering / fitting kitchens and staircases.
  • Load out & laying blocks / bricks, feeding mixer / pointing & slabbing works.
  • Plaster boarding / dot & dab / plastering & screeding
  • Decorating & tiling first & second fix plumbing , sanitary ware, heating installations.


Building sites within 40 minutes drive of our office hub: Minerva House, 2 Highweek Street, Newton Abbot, TQ12 1TQ. Must be able to drive or be working towards driving license and or able to get to designated pick up points


Hours: 40.00 per week

Training Provided:
Level 2 Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship

Additional Information:

Must have grade 4 or above in Maths & English or be prepared to take functional skills to achieve these grades alongside apprenticeship
