Do you have B2B experience and education is a topic which is close to your heart? If so, there is a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your skills in an international partner marketing team! In this role you will leverage your partner marketing experience to help equip reseller partners to deliver engaging marketing campaigns, as well as lead regional marketing events, strategies, campaigns and activities. As a member of the partner marketing team your aimis to maximise LEGO® Education marketing opportunities to ensure profitable growth, whilst protecting the LEGO Education brand in all activations. How does it sound?
Core Responsibilities
- Marketing Partner for reseller partners in specific geographic segments.
- Working with Key Account Managers for your geographies to identify key market trends and growth opportunities, developing marketing plans to support achievement of these
- Plan and lead key awareness campaigns in your regions
- Event management: project manage LEGO Education’s presence at key educational trade events in key markets (e.g. Bett Show, London, and annual Partner Conference)
- Work with the Global Marketing Team to leverage global campaigns and assets, creating partner accessible versions, including marketing toolkits
- Own and drive allocated marketing budget for all projects
- Supporting the LEGO Education International Marketing Team to deliver consistent messaging and measurable results

Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience within a global B2B channel/partnerships marketing role
- Track record of building and driving international marketing campaigns and strategies, including campaign tracking and reporting
- Experience in project management for trade events and a passion for delivering engaging events
- Experience working in an internationally distributed team, or interest in developing global experience
- Ability to take initiative, recognize and act on opportunities
