Available Job Today We are offering a very exciting opportunity for you be a Tracked Boom Operator based at our depot in Warrington.
As a Tracked Boom Operator at Nationwide Platforms you will be responsible delivering & collecting our tracked boom equipment to our customer’s site or to stay and operate them for them safely. This could be as varied as Film sets to telecoms, building sites to tree cutting.
To apply you must have a HGV licence, no fear of heights, be very flexible with working hours, have the ability to use your own initiative, have good judgement and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include: -
- Act as an ambassador and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and all internal quality, health, safety and environmental policies and standards
- Operate access equipment in accordance with Company Policies & Code of Practice, using appropriate tools
- Conduct daily safety/operational checks including ancillary equipment in line with company policy
- Conduct site risk assessment and method statements as defined by Company & Customer policies
- Conduct all Load/Unload activities and maintain load security in line with Legal, Company & Manufacturer policies & guidelines
- Provide familiarisation & handover of products to Customers & recording of machine condition in accordance with Company Policy
- Provide high standard of customer service
- Accurately complete all relevant paperwork & records as required
- Report all incidents/accidents promptly in accordance with Company reporting process.
About you: -
- A full driving licence held for 2 years + (essential) with no more than 6 points on the licence.
- Very flexible with working days and hours to include occasional nights and regular weekend work.
- No fear of heights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Experienced in powered lifting essential and /or road haulage desirable. Full training will be given if required.
