Bring your skills and expertise to our Transportation team as a Track Design Technician. As part of a diverse, friendly environment, you'll develop your capabilities in exciting new areas such as automation and intelligent design. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams here and abroad, reimagining rail and making a sustainable impact on our world. From vision to reality, you'll lead and shape the projects you work on, surrounded by colleagues who want to see you succeed.

Your purpose:

  • Design Track Alignments.
  • Produce CAD details and drawing's, integrating into BIM.
  • Undertake site work including inspections.
  • Prepare technical reports and documents - with calculations.
  • Collaborate on some of the largest rail schemes of our generation.
  • Assess interfaces between Train's and Infrastructure.

What you can bring:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs Grades A-C, including English, Maths and Science.
  • Minimum 2 A-Levels or equivalent Vocational qualification in an Engineering related subject(s).
  • Knowledge of CAD software, preferably Microstation but not essential.
