JOB SUMMARY
The Intern, Tour Services functions in a supportive role for the ATP’s Tour Division team. This position will assist with central member communications, research, and various Tour Division initiatives. This position works in a joint effort with other Tour Division staff in preparing material to be used at various meetings and on-site at events. This position will also assist with other projects as needed and is based in London, U.K, for the duration of six months. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Strategic Projects & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Manager, Strategic Projects & Analysis, with Tour Division research and projects
- Assist the Coordinator, Communications with central member communications and other projects
- Support Tour Division staff with day-to-day operational functions
- Prepare and share meeting summaries to ensure all members of the department are well informed
- Support with administrative duties as required by members of the Tour Division
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by the line manager
- Participate in meetings and workshops
- Undertake research and compile detailed reports as requested
- Assist in managing and updating the tracking spreadsheets
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Understanding of the tennis landscape
- Proficiency in major Microsoft Office programmes, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others
Key Performance Measures:
- Satisfactory reviews from Senior Manager, Strategic Projects & Analysis
- Quality production and maintenance of member communication vehicles
