We are a Nightlife tour looking for energetic, enthusiastic and charismatic people to party with our pub crawlers this year!
We are looking for people with fluent English, any additional languages would be a bonus! You need to be outgoing, fun a little bit crazy but also responsible in order to look after our guests and show them the best time possible.
You will be partying in some of the liveliest spots in and around London, meeting new people nightly and making sure they and you have a great time!

Who we are:
We bring together people to help them have a better night out, and to get a great deal. With a group of over 15 affiliated tour guides, we take groups of less than 10, to up to 450 on scheduled and bespoke events.
The tours we run are freely available to book 364 days a year, in various forms and under various brands.
What you bring to the table: (bar bottles and sparklers)
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be the ‘life of the party’ and be able to speak and write English to a high level.
The below skills are desirable but not essential:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, and experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality.
- Foreign Language skills.
- Punctual
- Social media savvy!
- An advanced ability to be able to problem-solve under pressure.
- You should have living or transport arrangements such that you can travel home in the early hours of the morning after work.
Your main responsibilities will follow:
- Guiding the ‘Main Crawl’ - Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, checking their tickets, explaining what to expect from the night, introducing them to the other members of the crawl, giving ‘10-minute warnings’ and ensuring that no one is left behind when moving between venues.
- Guiding private crawls - These are usually stag/hen dos with occasional birthdays and office parties thrown in. The core duties are very similar to those on the ‘Main Crawl’.
- Photography - A large number of varied, high-quality photos should be taken throughout the night.
- Problem-solving - You’ll be required to think on your feet and find solutions. Large groups of drunk customers mixed with strict ID laws and door policies can lead to many unforeseen circumstances. As such, workarounds that please both our partner venues and the customers are essential.
- Socialising - the customer experience is a very important part of our tours and as such the guides need to be very outgoing and have the ability to make people enjoy their presence. Other duties should be filled with ensuring that all customers are happy and feeling comfortable or otherwise ‘making friends’.
You’ll be typically working 3-4 shifts a week (shifts are 7:30 PM-00:30 AM) at £10 per hour. After successfully developing the skills to run your own tours and being able to lead groups over 30 as well as leading your colleagues, you will have the ability to become a Team leader at £12 per hour.
We also offer healthy bonus and commission schemes.
