CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for a Tip Attendants across Bolton and Manchester.
Current areas required – BL3, M26, BL5, M6, BL9 (Other areas may come available)
Duties:
- Welcoming the public onto site
- Assisting the public onsite
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times
- General house keeping duties across the site
Shift Pattern:
Our client does operate 7 days a week, So we are flexible and you can choose the days that you are available to work and we will accommodate as best we can, Offering full and part time days
Working hours are 08.00 – 20.00, however this will change to 08.00 – 18.00 in a month.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling
