We're currently recruiting for a Time and Attendance System Support Administrator to join our Agency Management & Resourcing Team.
The Time and Attendance Support Administrator is fully accountable for the daily management of our JoinedUp Time and Attendance system across depots and hubs. The post holder will be an expert in the use of our JoinedUp T&A system.
You will be accountable for:
- Conducting audits, weekly, monthly and quarterly in line with the audit schedule such as Pay Rates and will identify non noncompliance on process across the depots and hubs
- Daily management of the JoinedUp Support Inbox and query resolution from providing advice, identifying solutions and course of actions in a timely manner
- Own the new user set up process creating user accounts for managers and provide log on details ensuring the correct access level has been assigned for that role / function
- Take proactive steps to identify root causes of T&A issues and queries
- Producing daily compliance reports stats from the JoinedUp reporting suite
- As the SME (subject matter expert) to contribute to future projects
- Lead on manager training during the new user set up process carrying out 121 or group training on the JoinedUp system in person or via teams.
As the Time and Attendance Support Administrator working with Stakeholders and the wider business, you will build productive relationships with different functions to ensure process and compliance is being adhered to in relation to JoinedUp.
A high degree of flexibility is required for this role as EVRi operate c. 30 sites across the UK.
As and when required the Time and Attendance Support Administrator will be required to travel to any of these locations and for varying degrees of time so a full driving licence is required.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
- JoinedUp Time and Attendance system desirable
- Previous involvement in project work is essential
- PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience of problem solving and decision making; actively seeks and is open minded to ideas
Technical & People Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
