The Role
At Campfire, a huge part of our service is that we’re able to provide a high standard of social-first native content. Social first content is that style of content you see every day on influencer’s instagram and more specifically, TikTok channels. It’s raw, real and authentic.
Over the past three years, Campfire has developed an ever-expanding database of creators that we work with on a regular basis to produce this style of content for us on behalf of our clients, with them integrating products into their content, and sending it back to us for use.
As UGC Content Creator, you will be producing content for brands like L’Oreal, Kiehls, Youth To The People, Revolution, Unilever (Vaseline, Dove) for use on TikTok.
You will receive a brief from our Accounts Team detailing what it is that we’re looking for in our content. It will then be down to you to creatively interpret that brief, and turn it into an aesthetic and engaging piece for social. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the top content marketers in the business, and how to structure your content in a way that stops the scroll, and encourages people to keep watching.
This role is one that an ambitious and driven individual, with real creative flare and a desire to leave their mark on the industry will thrive in. The role does require strong creative, organisational and editing skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Creating content in a native TikTok UGC style.Creatively interpreting briefs from an Accounts Manager.
Shooting and lighting content using studio lighting, and an iPhone Pro.
Editing that content either on premiere, or in app on TikTok or Meta.
Reviewing that content making iterative improvements over time.
Managing turnaround times of the shoots.
Working with skincare, beauty, health, fitness, wellness products (other categories TBC)
